Cutting Edge Mission

The mission at Cutting Edge Fitness is to lay down the foundations to optimal human functionality. The Cutting edge training method is designed with the intent to regenerate and revitalize the body through proper movement practices. We attempt to accomplish this by understanding the human blueprint of functionality. The essence of human functionality comes down to these four big functions: Walking, Running, Standing, and Throwing. It's paramount that we prioritize and optimize these four in order to live a healthy life.  In addition to optimizing the Big Four here at Cutting Edge, expect to learn other important skills that complement those four functions, such as: Lifting movements, Kickboxing, Plyometrics (Jump training), Swinging movements, Body weight training, Other movements native to our human functionality.
